Item was purchased as part of a liquidation lot.  Upon opening the lot for inspection we found this item to be inside of it's original factory box.  The box had been opened. We removed the item for inspection and testing. Timer was in excellent working condition and functioned properly on all settings. The only problem with this unit is that the back battery cover will not stay on.  It does not have to stay on to work as far as we can tell as it has worked without it on.
